tânia carvalho Síncopa DANCE   Tânia Carvalho born in 1976, Portugal. Started classical dance with five years old. In 1991 attended the first year of Superior Dance School (Lisbon, Portugal). Attended the two years course of Contemporary Dance for interpreters in Forum Dança (Lisbon). 2005 attended the Choreography Course in the creativity and artistic program supported by Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation (Lisbon, Portugal). As a dancer worked with Francisco Camacho, Carlota Lagido, David Miguel, Filipe Viegas, Vera Mantero and Luís Guerra. Also worked as an actress with Projecto Teatral and participated in some video projects. In 2004 was the young Portuguese choreographer invited to participate at the meeting "Pointe to Point", project of Third Asia-Europe Dance Forum,Tokyo, Japan.
